General Information

Hill walking is an activity associated with a danger of personal injury or death. To minimise the risk invoked walkers are advised to be properly prepared for the walks chosen, especially Grade A walks, for which a good degree of fitness is required. Walkers attend at their own risk.

Walkers are requested not to pass or walk ahead of the days leader or group leader.

Entertainment

Details on entertainment organised by local pubs, hotel, cafes etc will be updated daily on the Festival Office Display Board.

Speakers Evening

These events are always a sell out, tickets available from the Festival Office.

Accommodation

There is a variety of accommodation in Kenmare including fine hotels, guesthouses, B&B and self catering.

Prices

Each walk is moderately priced and based on transport costs. All walk prices will be displayed in the festival office.

Duration of Walks

Times specified for walks do not include journey times.

Dogs

Regretfully, dogs are not allowed on any walks.
