As well as going on stage locally the group has travelled many times in the past to outside venues, such as 'Siamse Tire' in Tralee, the world renowned Parknasilla Hotel Sneem, The Kerry Drama Festival in Castleisland, where the best supporting actor award was won by Paudie Moriarty for his part as Joe in the year of the Hiker.
Once again we have been invited back to Listowel in North Kerry to perform this years production.
The people that make up the cast and back stage come from all walks of life but all are bound up in the fabric of what makes Kenmare and the Drama Group so special.
The long term hope and aspirations of the group is to continue to perform to the high standard which has become synonymous with Drama in Kenmare.
We hope to develop a permanent home in the form of a purpose built theatre in what is now the disused Carnegie Hall.
